Terms of Use
Version 1.0 ยท Effective 18 September 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Vybe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the app. You also acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.
2. Eligibility
Vybe is a private platform for genuine university students. You must be a currently enrolled student and willing to verify your student status. You must be at least the minimum age required to use such a service in your country.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Vybe: no harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt the service. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass student verification.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Vybe a licence to display it within the platform to other verified students at your campus. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Community guidelines
Vybe is a private, student-only space. Behaviour that violates our community guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension. Our guidelines are designed to keep campus life positive and safe.
7. Events & communities
Events and communities are user-organised. Vybe is not the host and is not responsible for what happens at off-platform gatherings. Attend at your own judgement.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the community.
9. Disclaimers
Vybe is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
